1. The actual test instrument in the laboratory of the concrete mixing station must not have direct sunlight on the instrument and no strong vibration.
2. There must be good ventilation conditions, and the table on which the instrument is placed must be stable. It is best to use the instrument at about 25 degrees room temperature.
3. Pay special attention to moisture and dust, and cover the dust cover when the instrument is not in use.
4.If it is not used for a long time, each instrument must be turned on two to three times a week, and the time for each startup is not less than half an hour.
5.It is best to use a dedicated line for high-power electrical appliances to avoid affecting the normal operation of other instruments.
6. The power supply must be stable and the voltage fluctuation cannot exceed 5%. If it exceeds this range, a regulated power supply must be used.
7.It must be cleaned every day to avoid too much dust affecting the normal operation of the instrument.
